Exercise body

People have to go to work every workday in Taiwan. After work, they still take care own kids or family members. Alothough people have free time do not take exercise and still watch TV.  If it is ok, taking exercise is better than watching TV. Physical exercise can help to release which can give us energy. After that, exercise can keep our body strong when we do exercise every week. Every day or every week, you have to never give up and keep doing. When you do exercise, you keep your feeling good.  If you have very bad mood that you do not fit for to do exercise.

People have a good sense of humour that is an important thing when you doing exercise. Nothing is more powerful than laugh when you feeling bad. After that, you have a strong body and happy mood every day. One more important thing, you have eat fresh foods and vegetables when you still young. Then you must have a long life.

How to deal with colleague

We can meet many kind of people in company. Apparently, we spend most time with our colleague than family members. 

If you want to build relationship with colleague, you have to do something. When you in the office and it is your job to create a comfortable environment. In this way, you can easy get a friendship with colleague. Sometimes, we have discussed the problem with people at work. We often talk  to people when we in a meeting room. 
However, when we discussed  with colleague , we have to be careful and avoid heated argument. In conversation, it is high importance to avoid arguing with other people in the conference room. The way we talk with others should be calmly and gently. In this way, the topic we deal with can go more smoothly.

Living togther before marriage

I agree that people living together before marriage. Because I think it is a good idea. Woman goes out with her boyfriend before marriage. However, she just can see what he want to let she know . Man maybe is hiding something or avoiding some topic. She need to know a guy everything before marriage. It is important that make marriage happiness. 

If two people is not very match, they can break up and say goodbye right away.  Young people fall in love that is very strong emotion. They are getting married soon, but i think this is not a rational decision. They have think about how to living together. Marriage like a business and need to be careful.

After earthquake

My job have to contact with Japan every day. They are so worry and they do not know how  do after earthquake. My customer told me when they go to bed. Even 1 hour or two hour, still can not sleep. This earthquake let  japan people's heart broken. Although their family is safe, their friend is safe. They are worried about second earthquake is coming. Many people go to hospital for seeing psychiatrist. Someone go to Church because they think that Church can make to calm down. It is important to keep clam in an emergency. 

Our customer will come to Taiwan next mouth. However, Taiwan government probably do not like Japanese come to Taiwan. Because we worry radiation leak from a nuclear power station. That is very difficult  for a decide. 

Japan earthquake 8.9

Mar 11, 2011 in Japan, a huge earthquake happened when people had fallen asleep at home. It all happened so suddenly. People could not run away and many people died in Japan. People's life is too short, and you cannot image when is the end of the world. People have to spend times company with you family or friend.  We lived in Taiwan where often has earthquake in a year.  In summer, typhoon will come to Taiwan. Typhoon made to landfall and  house to destroy.  We lived in a many disaster country, but we do not know how to slvoe this problem. We still have to protect our family, we want to keep our family safe. If earthquake is happen and very huge, we will lose everything.

Tangled

Tangled is a typical Disney story. A princess named Rapunzel who has a magically long hair. A witch want her power and abduct Rapunzel when she was a child. The witch let princess lived in a tall tower until she grown up. Finally, she came back castle and had a beautiful future.  Even though movie had not excited story or let people shocked  thing.  This is still like Disney's movie, people want to see Disney movie. Because Disney movie made people feel happiness.  Princess has lovely voice which like angle. She' hair can heal disease when she is singing a song. Although she has never left the tower. She still has a beautiful heart. She run away from tower and go to a travel with a boy on birthday. 

Black swan

Black swan is a new movie in 2011. Portman was won for the best actor award form golden globe. I were so surprise that Portman was good at dance. She is not only a good actress, but also a good dancer. As a actress, she spend a lot time for training ballet skill. When I saw her who was fragile and weak in the begging. She looks like a white swan and her mother  overprotected for keeping her safe from damage. She wanted to get  role from a show.  But this show need to a person who can both 2 role that are white and black swan. Lucky, she got this role at first. However. This role made she sick and changed her personality.  She chenged too mush and let her mother upset. Finally, she's dark side destroied her.

TV shopping channel

People like shopping from TV shopping channel. we can find cheap products, just need to make a phone call. It is very simple way that make people want to call and shopping company can make big money. Have you ever sit down on the soft and watched TV all day? Taiwan has many TV channel which is intense competition between TV company to attract audiences. In this way, TV company has few money for making TV show. We can see TV shopping show like a drama not only show product and also attract audiences.

However, TV shopping channel was used by bad people recently.  People have to protect own money and great care is needed when purchasing products.

Last grade

Finally last grade and we will  graduate from LHU on June. I do not sure I can graduate really on time. Because we go to school every week and to do a lot homework make me feel tried. In the other hand, workplace is very busy this year. We can not think about homework or others thing.  Lucky, teacher was so nice and promise us. They can take care us caompany with us. Our was cheered by all teacher frome school. However, five of our classmate quit school unit last week. In our class, we just have total 33 people in there. I hope that our can really graduate on time on June.

Apple ipad

Ipad is a table computer. It is able to send email, play game, surf the internet. People just need to touch the screen do not need to take the keyboard.  It is so convenient and useful for business man or woman.  Suitable for every age.
People like to use Ipad for reading ebook. Ebook has kind of many book inside. We can pay few monay  and download files from webside. People like to do thing with magazine on the ipad than normal magazine. Traditional magazine can not see movie, but ipad can see movie in everywhere.
In the future, many kind of book will be made a ebook that bring the magazine new alive.

Taipei game show

Taipei game show in Taipei where were a lot visitor. People were very exited that could see many game show and get a lot prize. Also many local show gril in  meeting place. People like taking picture with show girl. 

Recently, Facebook flash game has become popular with young people in Taiwan.For instance, farmville, happy elements, restaurant city etc. Farmville is the most popular web game in Taiwan. People can be a farmer and farm crop on own farm. This game need to make many friend that can borrow many gift from friend.  

In Taiwan, not only young also office worker like play social game. Family members are playing game have many fun. 

My friend

My friend Yumi Nakayama is a Japanese traditional housewife in Japan. She is thirty-six years old. I met her when I took a part time job in Japan. That year, I worked in her husband's restaurant and I was a waitress in Tokyo.

I think she is a successful wife and good mother. Basically, people are feel bored and do not like at home long time. She spends a lot times with her only son who is three years old. Sometimes, I asked her how to become a successful housekeeper? She said that it was a interesting question. Loving her family and want family happiness. She has a warm heart person. 

She also took care when I in trouble. She always bring stuff as a gife to me during weekend. Thanks Yumi I love you so much.

Love And Other Drugs

I have to say that this movie was not very interesting. It has Good cast but bad story. I holded remote control and quick turn. Anyway, this story is a love story and talking about a drug sales man Jamie and he meets a woman maggie who is a parkinson's patient.  

Maggie and Jamie's evolving relationship takes them both by surprise. Jamie as a sales man that need to sell medication at hospital. He meets Maggie at hospital. Maggie has parkinson disease. She believe that she do not need love from boy friend. But she finally fall in love with Jamie.

This is a  normal love story and it was not very clear know what was story talking about. If anyone want to see this movie. Do not go to movie theater, just go to DVD store and rent it.

Chinese New Year

I had no idea how to write my writing homework. Because my family did not change, we were so borded.  Every year, my friend always eat same foods and  to do same activity. We ate sea food and drank beer.Children came to home and took care them. My mother is a good cook that she can cook delicious food for us. Dinner time as same as last year. We watched TV and ate foods. My sister's kid played game and we babysited them. 

Next day, our relative came to here and joined with us. At first, we planed to go to Flora exposition at morning. My relative wanted to go there and needed my company with them. But we watched TV that there have many visiter and have to spend time wait in line. So we forgot about watched at home.

Last day, I visited my classmate home and ate lunch. We watched TV and sang song. I really know we do same  activity every day during CHinese new year.

In conclusion, I think I like to go to work. Long holiday make me lazzy and feel uncomfortable.
