Exercise body

People have to go to work every workday in Taiwan. After work, they still take care own kids or family members. Alothough people have free time do not take exercise and still watch TV.  If it is ok, taking exercise is better than watching TV. Physical exercise can help to release which can give us energy. After that, exercise can keep our body strong when we do exercise every week. Every day or every week, you have to never give up and keep doing. When you do exercise, you keep your feeling good.  If you have very bad mood that you do not fit for to do exercise.
People have a good sense of humour that is an important thing when you doing exercise. Nothing is more powerful than laugh when you feeling bad. After that, you have a strong body and happy mood every day. One more important thing, you have eat fresh foods and vegetables when you still young. Then you must have a long life.
